Natural passito Zibibbo made with partially dried grapes on the vine and partially dried in the sun on racks.
The result is a sweet Zibibbo wine with a good residual sugar content.
Excellent for pairing with dry almond-based desserts and aged cheeses.

Yellow color with amber reflections.
The aroma is intense and moderately complex, with pronounced notes of candied fruit, accompanied by sweet hints of vanilla and fresh citrus notes.
Sweet, warm, and smooth taste, characterized by a pleasant freshness.
To be enjoyed with traditional Sicilian dry biscuits, but it is also a must-try pairing with ricotta cheese accompanied by honey and toasted pine nuts.
