Our Grillo presents itself to the eye with a bright and brilliant straw yellow color.
The aromas that envelop the nose are predominantly floral and fruity, enriched by sensations that evoke iodine.
Mineral on the palate, it develops with a refreshing and flavorful sip, with a pronounced mineral character.
It concludes with an excellent persistence in the finish.
A strongly distinctive label that, sip after sip, transports us to Sicily, right where the Grillo grape grows and embodies all the aspects and nuances of the island.

Tasting Comment
The Grillo is a young wine that appears perfectly clear and has a pale straw yellow color.
On the nose, it presents evident floral notes of white fruits such as pineapple and melon.
A noticeable mineral note is also present!
On the palate, it is clean and clear, with an intense and persistent flavor and a lingering aftertaste of fruity, floral, and herbal notes.
It pairs well with fish dishes, mixed fried seafood, and pasta with swordfish and tuna.
