Wine without added sulfites!!
Have you ever had a glass of wine and experienced heartburn and a headache?
Most likely, the cause is due to the sulfur dioxide present in that wine.
For this reason, we have created a wine called "PIETRAGREZZA without added sulfites" that will no longer give you that unpleasant feeling of heaviness in your head.
The production process of this new product involves hand-harvesting healthy grapes, directly selected in the vineyard and immediately brought to the winery for white vinification.
We do not add sulfur dioxide at any stage of the process.
The product is not clarified or filtered, and any sediment in the bottle is a sign of its authenticity.

Tasting comment
It has a rich yellow color and an intense aroma with hints of orange blossom and apple.
The taste is intense, full-bodied, and with an alcohol content of approximately 14%, it carries a warm sensation!
It pairs perfectly with aged cheeses, grilled salmon, and delicious fish stews.
