Our Winemaker, as well as an integral part of the Mimmo Paone Company, (FABIO), while studying in Conegliano Veneto, developed a close affinity for sparkling wines.
From there, in the cellar of a colleague he met during his school days, he began producing this Prosecco DOC Treviso Cuvèe Millesimato.
Excellent for aperitifs, seafood, and during a relaxing moment among friends.

Tasting comment
Wine of a delicate straw yellow color, made crystalline by the fine and persistent perlage.
Aromatically fruity with evident hints of pear and white-fleshed fruit, it also presents notes of white petal flowers.
Its fine and delicate bouquet is supported by good sapidity and freshness on the palate, where all the floral and fruity sensations perceived earlier emerge.
A creamy and velvety carbonation in the mouth provides a balanced taste-olfactory equilibrium and an enticing feeling of liveliness.
Prosecco sparkling wine is a versatile wine that many consider an excellent accompaniment to the entire meal; it is also ideal for other occasions throughout the day, where it pairs well with an aperitif or a toast with friends.
